This tut has been made using PSPX2 but any version will do.

You will need

Tube of choice. I used the awesome work of Ismael Rac. You need a license to use his site. You can purchase one from AMI. You can visit Ismael's site HERE.

Mask of choice, I used a mask by Ella, which you can download from the Creative Misfits Creation Blog HERE. Thanks hun.
Filters used were Photo effex scanlines, penta color dot, Eyecandy 4000 chrome, Xero fritillary, Xenofex 2 constellation.
Font of choice, I used Apple Butter and Mea culpa ROB. a paid font

Lets Begin

Open up your template, duplicate and close the original. Delete the credits, add a new layer floodfill with white and sent to the bottom.

Activate raster 3 layer. Selections, select all, float, defloat. Add a new layer and flood fill with a colour from your tube. Use photoeffex scanlines on the setting I used, shown below.

Then go to penta color dot on the following settings.

Deselect and delete raster 3 layer.

Activate raster 4 layer and give it a dropshadow.

Activate raster 1 layer. Selections, select all, float, defloat. Add a new layer and flood fill with another colour from your tube. Use Xero fritillary on the settings I used below.

Deselect and dropshadow. Delete raster 1 layer.

Go to raster 2 and dropshadow.

Go to raster 5. Selections, select all, float, defloat. Add a new layer. Flood fill with a colour from your tube. Add noise at 13% uniform, monochrome checked.

Deselect and delete raster 5.

Repeat the same steps for raster 6.

Activate raster 7 layer. Selections, select all float, defloat. Add a new layer. Use eyecandy 4000 chrome on the following settings

Deselect and delete raster 7.

Add a new raster layer, flood fill with a colour from your tube. Send to the bottom above your background layer. Load your mask and merge mask group. Resize mask to 85%.

Go to Xenofex 2 constellation on the following settings.

Copy and paste your tube, position and carefully erase any excess.

Add your name and copyright.

Save as a PNG.

Mask by Sabine. Thanks Hun. This is an exclusive mask from the Creative Misfits Creation blog. This can be downloaded HERE.
Word Art by Diane from Candy's Treats. You can download from her blog HERE
Filters used were VM Extravaganza transmission.
Font of choice. I used Good Vibrations ROB, a paid font.

Lets begin

Open a new canvas 700x700. We can always resize when finished. Flood fill with white.

Add a new layer. Copy and paste one of the papers from the kit. Load your mask and merge mask group.

Copy and paste frame 5. Duplicate the frame. On the original, guassian blur 20. Select transmission changing the line width to 1.

Move below the mask layer.

Activate the duplicate, grab the magic wand tool. Click inside the duplicate frame, selctions, modify, expand by 5. Copy and paste another paper from the kit. Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Move the paper layer below the frame layer.

Copy and paste your tube. Position it so it looks like it's coming out of the frame. Duplicate and send the original layer underneath the frame. Erase any excess. Dropshadow the original tube and frame layers.

Open up flower 7. Activate flower 1 layer and copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize. Position it on the left side of the frame. See my tag for reference. Dropshadow.

Copy and paste any other elements you like, You can use my tag as a guide. Give them all a dropshadow.

Copy and paste one of the word art. I added noise 100% uniform, monochrome checked, and recoloured to match my tube. Resize and dropshadow.

Add your name and copyright. Resize and save as a PNG.

Masked used was WSL-HalloweenMask1 By Wee Scots Lass. You can get this from her blog HERE. Thanks hun.
Filters used were DSB Flux Spider web, Eyecandy 4000 Bevel boss and gradient glow.
Font of choice. I used Grunge Caltek bold

Let's begin

Open up your template. Duplicate and close the original. Delete the credits, thin black rectangle and leaf doodle layers.

Activate the orange rectangle layer. Selections, select all float, defloat. Add a new layer. With a colour from your tube for the foreground colour and black for your background colour. With your forground colour change it to gradient. Angle 35, repeat 3, style linear.

Open up DSB Flux and use spider web on the following settings, ray 27, rings 9, merge 50.

Deselect, then delete the orange rectangle.

Activate the top circle, selections, select all, float defloat. Add a new layer. Floodfill but this time change the repeat to 5. Use spider web again but this time change Rays to 60 and rings to 49. Deselect. Delete the top circle layer.

Repeat the above steps for the bottom circle layer.

Activate top circle frame, Selections, select all, float, defloat. Add a new layer. Invert the gradient then floodfill. Add noise at 55%, uniform and monochrome checked. Deselect, dropshadow and delete top circle frame layer.

Repeat the above steps for the bottom circle frame and frame layers.

Activate the white side rectangles layer. With your magic wand, click inside the left hand side rectangle. Add a new layer and floodfill with your gradient. Copy and paste your tube and position inside your selected rectangle. Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect and duplicate. On the copy, guassian blur 3 and chage the mode to soft light. On the original change the mode to luminance.

Repeat the above steps for the right sided rectangle. Delete the white side rectangles layer.

Merge the 2 floodfilled rectangles and tube layers together and use gradient glow with glow width 5, medium, select a colour from your tube.

Activate the I live to bite layer. Give the text a white medium gradient glow, width 5 and chage the opacity to around 35.

Activate the bat layer. Selections, select all, float, defloat. Add a new layer and use cutout on the settings shown below.

Deselect.Merge the cutout layer with the bat layer. Give it a thin white gradient glow.

Activate the spider layer. Use bevel boss on default settings then give it a thin white gradient glow.

Add your tube and give it a dropshadow.

Activate the background layer, add a new layer and floodfill with your gradient. Load the mask then merge group.

Add your name and copyright and save as a PNG.

Lets Begin

Open up your template, duplicate and close the original.
Delete raster 6, Add a new layer and floodfill with white, and sent to the bottom.
Activate raster 1. Selections, Select all, float defloat. Add a new layer. Select a fairly dark colour from your tube and floodfill. Change the opacity to 68.Rename the layer fill.Keep selected.
Go to selections, modify and select selection borders on the following settings. Both Sides and anti alias checked. Border width 5.

Add a new layer and floodfill with another colour from your tube. Keep selected and go to effects, inner bevel on settings shown below.

Deselect and dropshadow. Rename the layer frame.

Activate raster 1 again. Selections, select all, float, defloat. Activate your fill layer. Using a pixel font of choice, I used oh la la, size 10. Write out some text of choice. Objects, align, centre in canvas. Go to muras meister copies and select tiling with tile gap 2.

Deselect and change the mode to soft light.

Activate raster 3. With your magic wand click on the grey square. Resize and copy and paste your image. Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Select none. Duplicate your image. On the copy guassian blur 3, and chage the mode to hard light. On the original change the mode to luminance (l).

Activate raster 3 again. With your magic wand click on one of the black squares. Add a new layer and floodfill with another colour from your tube. Use Penta Color dot on the following settings.

Copy and paste your tube and place it over the floodfilled layer. Invert and hit delete. Duplicate and on the copy , guassian blur 3 and change the mode to hard light. On the original change the mode to luminance (l).

Repeat the above steps for the other black square.

Activate raster 4.Change the magic wands mode to add (shift), click on all the frames. Add a new layer and floodfill. Add noise at 35 guassian, monochrome checked.

Deselect and add a dropshadow.

Open up the word art, find the happy halloween word art and copy and paste it, resize to 50%. Go to Eyecandy 4000 gradient Glow. I used a medium glow with a width of 5.

Copy and paste your main tube and give it a dropshadow.

Activate raster 7. Selections, select all, float, defloat. Flood fill with black. Add another layer and select cutout using settings shown below.

Arrange this later so it's above your tube layer. Dropshadow and position to where you want, delete raster 7.

Add your copyright and name. I used Grunge Caltek for my name and gave it a gradient glow.

Save as a PNG.
